Se anuncia Evolve, juego de los creadores de Left 4 Dead

Finalmente se ha anunciado el nuevo proyecto de los creadores de Left 4 Dead, 2K y Turtle Rock, el cual recibe el nombre de Evolve, y sera un juego pensado en la rejugabilidad con modos competitivos y cooperativos online que jamas hemos visto.

“Cada cazador tiene diferentes objetivos y habilidades únicas, mientras que el Alien cuenta con un tamaño y ataques devastadores que lo convierten en un formidable enemigo. Al igual que en anteriores títulos de Turtle Rock, Evolve se está construyendo con la variedad y rejugabilidad en mente, mezclando elementos cooperativos y competitivos que no se parecen en nada a lo que hemos visto hasta ahora”

Left 4 Dead la pelicula

Aqui les traemos ahora un video echo por unos aficionados de Left 4 Dead, que sin duda cuenta con una calidad sorprendente, digna de cualquier pelicula de Hollywood del mismo genero.
Los personajes han sido representados hasta en el mas minimo detalles y los infectados son practicamente identicos. Sin mas que agregar los dejamos con el video.

Left 4 Dead podria llegar a PlayStation 3

Valve no ha cerrado las puertas a la consola de Sony, PlayStation 3, para llevar su franquicia de Left 4 Dead ya que recientemente se anuncio Portal 2 para esta consola. Asi que tal vez veamos dentro de unos años Left 4 Dead 3 en PlayStation 3 como en xbox 360 y PC.

A mitad de precio Left 4 Dead: Crash Course esta semana

Esta semana el articulo a mitad de precio en el bazar de juegos de Xbox Live sera el DLC de Left 4 Dead llamado Crash Course, incluye los modos cooperativos, versus y 10 nuevos logros. Podéis adquirirlo por 320 Microsoft Points.

A partir de hoy la version de PC del nuevo material descargable de Left 4 Dead "crash course", estara disponible, totalmente gratis via Steam, a contrario en Xbox 360 tendra un costo de 560 puntos (60pesos).

Valve no cobraria por Left 4 Dead: Crash Course en Xbox Live

Valve ha dicho que ellos no dieron la idea a Microsoft de cobrar por este nuevo pack un valor de 560 Microsoft Points pues ya que ellos ofrecen la version de PC completamente gratis. Esto fue textualmente lo que dijeron:

"Nosotros tenemos nuestra propia plaforma, Steam. Microsoft tiene su propia plataforma. Ellos querían estar segurdos de que hay un valor económico ahí","Bien, ellos nos ayudaron a lanzar el primero gratis [el Survival Pack]. Nosotros teníamos el primero gratis. Y creo que... ellos tienen que mirar esto y decir, wow, estamos siendo injustos con el resto si estos tipos pueden hacer esto. No es algo como que nosotros [Valve] estemos mirando esto como 'Oh dios mío, necesitamos algún dinero, vamos a cobrar', obviamente, si lo hacemos lo deberíamos hacer en PC también. Por lo que este tema sólo depende del funcionamiento del sistema [Xbox Live] en estos momentos".

El 10 de septiembre llegara Left 4 Dead: Crash Course

Left 4 Dead: Crash Course, la ultima actualizacion de contenido descargable para el juego Left 4 Dead llegara tanto a la version de Xbox 360, como a la de PC el dia 10 de septiembre, es decir este jueves. El costo en la version de Xbox 360 sera de 560 Microsoftpoint y en PC sera gratuito.

Piden boicitear Left 4 Dead 2

En una noticia un poco extraña se ha dado a conocer que la comunidad de jugadores de Left 4 Dead han pedido boicotear su secuela, es decir Left 4 Dead 2 debido a que consideran muy pronto lanzar este nuevo titulo ya que eliminaria el soporte post-lanzamiento que había prometido Valve, ademas de que no les ha gustado nada lo mostrado en el E3 2009 sobre esta continuacion...

Descarga totalmente gratis Left 4 Dead… por un dia

Los chicos de Valve han dado a conocer que el videojuego para PC, Left 4 Dead podra descargarse en su version completa atraves de su servicio Steam y jugarlo ininterrumpidamente durante 24 horas totalmente gratis, esto sera posible apartir de este viernes 1 de mayo a las 2 am... asi que aprovecha y no se te oolvide contarnos que al el juego!

Parche para la edición de compatibles de Left 4 Dead

Valve acaba de sacar el parche version XXXXX del juego para PC Left 4 Dead en su version compatibles que trae entre sus principales novedades que se corrigen distintos bugs encontrados, y un gran numero de fallos, por cierto el parche se aplicara de manera automatica cuando el usuario inicie Stream en su PC... del parche para Xbox 360 aun no se sabe, pero se espera sea pronto.

Info sobre el parche:

General
- Fixed Survivors being able to climb surfaces marked for versus infected only.
- Fixed a class of SurvivorBot bugs dealing with rescuing downed players.
- Players can no longer grab ladders while flying through the air after a Tank punch.
- Shooting near a car with an alarm that has already fired the alarm will no longer make chirping noises.
- Improved loading time.
- Fixed mini-gun physics exploit.
- Fixed propane tanks (and other physics objects) causing players to fall through elevators.
- Fixed rare achievement bug issues.
- Fixed several map exploits.
- Fixed various match making issues.
- Fixed NAT traversal issues.

Versus Changes
- Added HUD elements to show status of other infected players.
- Changed color of infected player name in chat to red.
- Fixed exploit where players could spawn infected bots
- Fixed instance where a Survivor changing to the infected team would be attacked by infected bots.
- Normalized special infected melee damage.
- Made the following client commands cheat protected: "Kill" and "explode".
- Fixed exploit where infected players could run away and teleport back to gain health.
- Players can only change teams once per map.
- Players can't change teams while other players are still loading.
- Tank spawns at the same % through the map for both teams in versus mode.
- Made the Tank and Witch spawn directly on the escape route.
- Increased chance of getting the Tank or Witch.
- Fixed team swap issue.

Hunter
- Easier to pounce a Survivor who is meleeing.
- Increased Minimum damage a Hunter pounce does.

Smoker
- Fixed Smoker tongue tolerance.
- Smoker now has to be killed or the tongue destroyed for the tongue to break.
- Survivor's cannot bash someone off the tongue until the Survivor being pulled is paralyzed or hanging
- Tongue attacks that fail to paralyze or hang a Survivor will use the shorter ability delay timer.
- Fixed cases where the ability timer was not using the correct time.
- Fixed case where you could point at a Survivor but not register a tongue hit
- Fixed Smoker tongue not targeting and landing properly through PZ ghosts.
- Smoker tongue does damage every second while dragging paralyzed Survivors.

Tank
- Bashable objects now appear with a red glow.
- Tanks hitting a car with an alarm disables the alarm permanently.
- Tank frustration timer is only reset by hitting Survivors with rocks or fists.
- Reduced autoshotgun damage against Tanks.

Witch
- Witch spawns at the same % through the map for both teams.
- Avoids spawning within a certain % of the tank.
- Fixed an exploit where the Witch could be woken up and tricked into attacking Survivors.
